so wait, it's installed, but not in the car?
...
please don't put HID in your stock headlights without first consulting the faq at the top of this forum, and the hid university section over at www.hidplanet.com , you can find it in their forums.
long story short is it might appear better because there will be more light on the road, however it will produce a terrible beam pattern that is too bright in the foreground. you will not be able to see where you need to be seeing for most driving, and you'll annoy other drivers. when there's too much light in the foreground, your pupils close down and it's harder to see things in the periphery and out ahead, which is where obstructions usually first appear. hid's in stock headlights are a bad idea, if you want better lighting upgrade your optics via an OEM hid projector retrofit, ask around and do some searching and you can find information on it.
if you want a readymade harness, search hidplanet.com's forums or contact someone via email at suvlights. you'll want a relay harness... and if you do put the hid's in your reflector housings i will hate you forever and dream about the opportunity of finding, vandalizing, and killing your car's headlights out of my hatred of HID kits. you have to share the road with other drivers, it's irresponsible and unsafe to endanger others by blinding them with crappy lights because you were misinformed/stupid.

no the HID is installed to an aftermarket JDM light... Everything came installed and ready to put on the car... only problem is, there are a few connections on the back of the light that I have nothing to plug into. I need a wiring harness for the JDM spec lights, for an 04 wrx..
