Just looking at 245/45-17 performance tires and stumbled across the Toyo PXR32 UHP tire on Tire Rack (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Toyo&tireModel=PXR32&vehicleSearch=false&partnum=445WR7PXR32&fromCompare1=yes&place=39). First off, since when does TR have any Toyo tires? When I go to look at tire brands, Toyo isn't even an option. And for this tire they only list 2 sizes - 245/45-17s and 225/45-17s. Weird.

The description says Ultra High Performance tire, but that looks more Max or Extreme to me:

Anyone know what the story is? Luke?

"Specially re-designed to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the foundation of Toyo Tire (U.S.A.) Corp., the Toyo Tire booth will announce brand new lines for the North American market. Also displayed for the public are six customized vehicles, equipped with tires such as the Proxes R888, newly-launched semi-racing tires, our flagship tire Proxes T1R, and the highly-regarded Open Country A/T."
