you have no idea. when i owned my vw i always heard people talking **** about subaru. granted there are a few fast dubs out there pushing 450 hp + but most are in the 200 range if that and weigh twice as much as a subi i mean i traded in a modded vr6 for a 2.5i and it feels just as fast stock. i dont know i hate haters :)

I have a buddy with a nice 30th anniversary GTI so I do have respect for some VWs. Other than that my only experience with them is when some guy in a red R32 was reving at me in bumper to bumper traffic on bell road and staring at me like we were in prison and his name was big Earl. I guess my point is there are tools in every crowd and the guy with the plate and wing is our version :)

I've never had a problem with any VW guys. My brother has a GTI 337 you might have seen it cruising around Tempe, it's definetly sweet. He always tells me how much VW guys want Subarus and they've always let me come to meets with my car and talk to me about it. I've heard more trash talk from EVO guys about Subarus than trash from VW guys. So they were definetly ragging on that specific WRX more than WRXs in general. Actually I've always wanted an Audi and a lot of VW/Audi people told me they loved my car and to keep it and that theyd love to trade me haha. They're good guys.

No, at Pitre. I was in the area and thought I would stop by and see if they knew anyone looking for an STi. He then told me about the SUbaru guaranteed trade in value of 24700 on my STi so he got my attention. Unfortunately there are no LGT wagons around so he showed me the Forester Sport.
