I have a new furnace for sale. Its a 80% plus and 70.000 btus. Price is $600 and I will consider trades, like a quiet exhaust or anything you got that will interest me. This is sold only to HVAC contractors so if you`re desperate and need to change your furnace buy this and save money. This well over $200 cheaper even for contractors. Located in Chicago.

so, this is something that can heat an entire BUILDING, I'm so out of my league.

NO, This doesnt heat a whole building. The blower and the AC condenser is measured in tonage. One ton is equal to 12.000 btus for AC. What actally heats the place is the BTU`s that you put in a place.
