will i be able to use an ewg with an accessport map? i have a catless turboback and uppipe right now. planning on picking up an accessport and then going with an ewg on the stock td04 for a while. will this work? will i have to get a tune right away, or would i be fine running the ewg without a tune for a month? thanks.

Controlling an EWG with the AP and StreetTUNER is not a problem. I suggest you swap your stock EBCS for a ProDrive unit so the plumbing is a bit easier. Those units plug right in to your stock harness. The document in this thread (http://www.cobbforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31625) goes over the stock boost control details.

Take care,
Christian.

Christian.Yes, with StreetTUNER. But the OP makes no mention of doing anything other than running an OTS map. Is that still okay?

No, do not do that.

No, if you run ANY hardware on the vehicle other than what the calibration was originally developed for then you will need to re-tune the vehicle.

Take care,
Christian.

Which is what I posted as the first reply to this thread. Thank you, Christian. I haven't been here long, but I've been here long enough to see norexyet post some blatantly wrong stuff.
