enduromotorsports.com <- Has anyone ever dealt with them or heard anything +/- about them?

Just to revive a really old thread. Watch out for Enduro like the PLAUGE. I used to work there. He screws everyone, customers, employees, and talks ***** about his own friends behind their backs.
I could fill books with all the cons that have gone on there, I left because I found out of all the crooked stuff goin on there, but when he found out I was starting my own shop and going to leave he canned me before I could quit.
So just a heads up

Horrible business ethics, thief and a liar. We placed custom order for wheels 10/2006, still no delivery by 12/2007 (yes, more than one year) and refuses to refund. Owner rarely answers the phone, never returns calls, and has lied to me so many times about the status of my wheels (apparently 2 different shipping companies lost them, even though both companies confirm that the order was never placed). Doe anyone have anything god to say about this company? Im waiting for them to fofill their part of my special rim order. Its taken longer than they said and Im starting to wonder. I am having a hard time getting ahold of anyone.

Nah, I used to work there. I could tell hoards of stories of how he's screwed people. He's gonna be goin out of business soon, the lawsuits just keep piling up. You'd best file a claim w/ your credit card or sew him as well because if you keep waiting you'll lose it.

Well Im sure I have been taken by this company for a rim that I had placed on order. Same thing as above. No return phone calls. almost never answers the phone. Im not sure about how to get my money back from them yet. Any ideas? Tust me I have a few that Im not going to mention....... I will make sure to tell more people ans spread the word. The owner of Enduro Motorsports will get his dont worry! I will make sure of that!

Bumping this up, I ordered a battery from them on 9/21 before I saw this thread :mad:

Placed the order 9/21. I hadn't heard anything from them by 9/26, so I emailed them and didn't get any reply...

Called a few times on 9/29 and eventually got through. The person I spoke to assured me that it had been drop shipped from the manufacturer and would be arriving shortly. They also said that they would email me the tracking details, which I never received.

Needless to say it has not arrived. I have been unable to contact them via phone (despite leaving several messages to call back) and they are not responding to email.

At this point I don't know what to do other than contact my bank and have them issue a chargeback.

Even if I do get the battery, I certainly won't be in any hurry to deal with them again.

Dan I am in the same boat as you. I got ripped off by these guys. Feel stupid for not checking up on them before I ordered but I have never had this happen to me before. I can never get a hold of them through their 877 number, emails never get replied too, and their local number is disconnected. They gave me the same run around about it being shipped but I never got tracking info and now nothing from them. :mad::mad::mad:

Happened to us too for a large sum of money :( Avoid them like the plague.

What kind of battery? Braille? Dont worry guys, I cna take care of you if you want.
I run Zankoku Performance in Santa Rosa, Ca. Google it. Ravi's done, shut down, yet he's still scammin people online from his parents' house. If you ever need anything let me know and i'll bend over backwards to get it to you at the most affordable price

Thanks guys, sorry to hear so many people are in the same boat as me.

I contacted my bank and started the chargeback process so we'll see what happens, if you paid with a credit card I'd suggest you do the same. Enough chargebacks and his bank will pull his merchant account.

Im not sure how to bring this man down. I paid with a money order from Canada...... I have reported him to the BBB and nothing. I dont understand how this guy can have a business liscence and screw people for money and not be arrested? Let me know if anyone is getting anywhere with your situations.
