It was stuff like that, that made me like the Impreza. I initially didn't want a WRX (I wanted an outback sport,) but when they finally came here... well the rest is history.

I just popped in the WRC 2000 dvd not even 2 days ago, and relived the glory days. Richard was a really, really good driver, and I didn't even realise it untill now, but he and I shared a lot of the same views.



Oh, and +1 with Amarpauld, I've always wondered why they pronounce it ImpreTza. It's like a soft/hard E all in one.


Figured I'd also add in that I have a fetish for Evos. That white Evo 6 is hot :).

It was rally footage like that combined with the first Gran Turismo game that made me fall in love with the impreza and eventually buy one in '98. Then all of the special editions stated to come out in Europe. Man I wanted one of those soo bad.
