I cleaned the threadlock out of the threads with a pick tool and a Q tip soaked with brake cleaner. :D

Unopened thread lock and plenty of grease. I used Loctite on my install.

I connected it to a car battery and it works perfect.

I bought this used here and I need M12 M14 kit. The release button is missing on one of the motor connectors. The connector still works fine you just need a small screwdriver to disconnect it.

I used a pick tool to clean the threads.


A friend had a brand new M12 M14 kit so I'm all set on my car.

AFAIK this only works on Tein

If your Flex takes M14 motors front and rear this is for you.

It did not fit my Flex for my 02 WRX mine took smaller M12 motors in the rear.

Look at the threaded part of the shaft check front and rear and see if they are the same size.
