I'm going to make this short and simple. How do I wire a WRX 3 wire VSS to a 98 rs cluster and 02 wrx ecu. I drive a 98rs w/ a 5mt wrx engine and tranny swap.

Some updates... So I checked out the diagram on the 02wrx and 98rs. They're fine. I heard it might be the neutral switch which might make sense that my back up light does not come on when I back up. The Throttle Body and the idle sensor was removed and completely cleaned w/ qtips and gasoline, looks completely new but still getting the code. Try getting the neutral switch..

I forgot to say, I posted that because I was getting a P1507 cel

i bypassed the nuetral switch, ive been driving around with no speed sensor. it sucks :(

still trying to find the right information. all the diagrams for the automatic tranny ive seen were wrong

figured out the easy way to fix this problem. get a manual wiring harness haha

Don't need to do all that. Just find the positve, feedback, and the negative wire then tap it.
