Is it safe to run a VF-34 on the VF-39 OTS map. I have an 06 wrx with a ported VF-34 and will be getting protuned at the beginning of the week. What issues will come from running the 34 on the 39 map? Will I be in danger of hurting my engine?

why are you worried if you are getting a protune anyway? ;)
but even untill then, no worries, you won't damage anything - if anything, your WG duties might be off

where are you getting your car tuned?

Dynocomp is doing protunes now, I wish I new more about this I would like not to farm out any work at all.:)

you'll be fine just for the drive to the shop... make sure they spend some time tuning your boost maps :D
