1) Is the term "reflash" used interchangeably with "reset the ECU?"

2) The Vishnu Reset directions say to "Maintain 2500rpm and 2-5psi for approx 5 seconds." I've got a stock boost gauge so in converting should I be at .02-.04 bars for 5 seconds?

1, No...reflash is puting a new map on, reset is eracing the learning the ECU has done and going back to when you reflashed it, start the learning over.
2, Don't know for shure but it seems close enough to me.
