Hi:
I just had the headlight harness replaced(9003) in my 95 legacy. Now the highbeam indicator is on all the time and my high and low beams are reversed on my headlight switch. I also think that I am not getting my high beams. It seems that I am getting my low beams and a dimmer version of my lows.

Could my mechanic have simply reversed the high and low beam when he wired the harness? I am hoping it is something this simple. Also any wiring diagrams would be appreciated.
