Lots of places have them now including Blacks and Linen 'N Things. Costco, if I remember correctly, had a 7" model for about $130.

My wife bought her mom a ticket to Japan, conveniently scheduled when we're due, because she wanted her to be "out of the way" during that time. I guess it was a bit selfish--I don't know who will be happier about it, my wife or her mom ;).

The Costco website doesn't show what they have in the store. They use the site to complement what they have so it's not always the same.

I was at the PoCo store last week and they had a pile of them by the front entrance in yellow ("Kodak-like-colours") boxes. I'm going again tonight and can confirm availabilty.

Thanks! That's appreciated! I may zip out there myself... Good price.
I was baffled because I saw the thing on the site at the end of November and made a mental note, only to come back in Dec and go WTF?!

OR you could print a digital picture for $1.00 and put it in a nice $10 frame with the same effect.

I got my dad a cordless Dewalt Drill. Mom got the first and second season of Dead Like Me on DVD.

Very true, a good grow op could finance a lot of subaru parts.... but then you would run the risk of going to jail and not being able to drive at all.

grow-op ftl :(

I was baffled because I saw the thing on the site at the end of November and made a mental note, only to come back in Dec and go WTF?!

I was at the PoCo store last night and did my usual routine of walking down all the non-food isles and they are SOLD OUT on the electronic picture frame. Not one in sight at all. In fact a lot of the shelves were empty of items--it was like a feeding frenzy in there.

okay... gonna go off topic about electronic picture frame for a while...

I was wondering if you guys know where to get KA-Bar knives in the lower mainland (preferrably richmond or vancouver). I'm trying to get my friend a KA-Bar as a present but im not sure where to get. I'd tried House of Knives but they don't have the one he wants. And getting it off the net is not an option (cuz i missed the stupid shipping deadline...)

Tricky

Picard: Same! In fact I saw the couple that bought the last one... They offered to sell it to me! I wasn't that desperate. Just disappointed... :(

for me.. i'm doing some long over due favours..

my dad: I'm cleaning/organizing the rear deck that has been overrun with Subaru parts for too long now, mostly taking things to the storage place and to the scrap yard, and buying some shelves to neatly store all the leftover parts.

my mum: I'm bringing a bunch of booze, so where not draining her supply over the x-mas season, along with an IOU to get her Legacy detailed professionally

my step-dad: I'm giving him an IOU to clean out the gutters on his place, along with a little baggy of happy smoke

my sister/husband: there getting an IOU for 2-3hrs worth auto maintenance free of charge

my step brother: he's getting an IOU for intalling a cold air intake or whatever on his new neon, or maybe just a baggy for himself..

yeah.. i really can't afford christmas this year.. I'm soo bloody broke its discusting, i almost want to become morman (on second thought.. maybe not)
