I purchased these from this guy, who also had an issue with another Nasioc member 3 weeks ago. When I called them, he said they fit his 06 sti. Also, he said he was going to include the edfc. When I saw he gave me the same tracking number he gave another member I filed a paypal claim. He then said it was a misunderstanding. By this time, I received Tein Flex's for 02+ wrx, not 05+ Sti. They didn't include any adjustment wrenches and were packed with almost no padding. He told me to "cancel" my paypal claim so that he could pay me. Unfortunately I trusted him and now paypal isn't going to help until I file my credit card Fraud on him. He keeps telling me he is gone, or at work, or some other lame reason why he can't refund me, so I can ship them back to him. Today I am filing a credit card fraud and police report.

No worries, I will make sure that I get my money back! He won't like it when the credit card company is after him, plus I heard he has been in trouble with the law before!

It really sucks to see these scams happening time and time again..I always follow one rule about buying my parts on an internet forum. I never buy anything from people who don't use correct grammar/spelling. I hope you get everything figured out.

also, I try to buy things locally so I can visually check it out. GL with your claim.

i got my money back with bankofamerica after i was scammed for 720 through paypal.... .i never got the items...i won the claim and got $0 back from paypal....and the guy was in canada.... and it was a debit checking account !!!....Great Service with BANKOFAMERICA ...took them 1 week ...i strongly recommend them



btw .... NEVER EVER CANCEL THE CLAIM ON PAYPAL.... when the guy refunds you he doesnt have to worry about the negative funds on the account... the money he has there directly goes to u when he refunds and his negative funds turn back to 0 or whatever amount he had|

I can't believe you didnt get this rectified already. Stay on his ass, eventually I got me stuff, it was not wrapped and a couple rotors had to be replaced, but he took the cost out of the price.
Hopefully it will all work out in your favor. I am about done with ebay and paypal, if they are as great as they claim they should have buyers protection for everything.
Lately ebay has let people use my ebay UN to list and sell, then they send me a bill and then they send an email saying they realized it was not me, I cant wait until one of the TV shows do a talk show about ebay and paypal.

these scams hurt people who are really trying to sell things as it makes people unwilling to trust you.

never cancel the paypal claim, they will sort it out for you if the guy over pays they give money back, I have seen this happen before. On another note though paypal takes forever to do anything about a claim its like 10emails to both parties going back and forth asking for proof of wrong doings. They really don't care what happens as they get their percentage no matter what.

Paypal is kinda a biotch sometimes! And I am sick of them taking my 3%! :)

Got my money back from my credit card! :) Then he never requested the suspension back! :) So I sold it on here! He ended up getting screwed! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

BTW, 'iheartsubys' is a scammer. he scammed me out of $5 for a CF 'STi Type RA' badge. Can you believe the nerve of this guy, selling me something for less than it's worth?! And on top of that, he sent it super fast! I'm calling the ourthoritees!
