Hey folks – I have an ’03 WRX and am using the AP Stage 2 California map. I flashed these maps about 1.5 to 2 years ago, and it’s been working great.

I just checked Cobb’s website, and it looks like the maps have been recently updated. Should I download the latest maps and reflash my ECU? Has anything really changed with the maps that would give me better/safer performance than the old ones? Or should I take the “if it ain’t broke, why fix it” route?

the map notes usually carry info regarding what has been updated on the map, i would read that info before deciding.

trolling around cobb's site i found the map notes, what revision are you running? If it's 1.13 you're GTG. The only change from 1.13->1.30 was the format changed to include protuner format (doesn't effect you). Revision 1.13 completley removes speed limiter.
