1998 2.5RS for sale:
A little over 100K mi on it. The car is located in Lowell, MA 01852, would need to be transported. I say the car is perfect for a motor swap project because well, it happens to need a motor :)

A few people on here should know the car.

I think i spun a bearing in the motor. It might be fixable but I think a swap makes more sense. The car has some damage on the back of the passenger door and rear quarter, rear fenders.. paints bubbling and has some rot.

Car will need suspension all around as I think it has the stock susp. I have a spare set of stock suspesion with 20k on them that I will throw in the trunk for you if you want it. Aftermarket to support the new motor would make more sense though. The car has been sitting so will probably need brakes too.

Let me know if you are interested. This would make a great winter project / rally car project. I just dont have the time or the space to do the swap. If I cant get $3500 for the car I will keep it until I have the time and space :)

rust or body damage?

i need to grab pictures of it. someone hit me on the right side. So the door had a crease at the back of it and theres a dent in the quarter. The rear fender wells are starting to rust through the paint. I was quoted $600 to fix the damage / repair the rust and paint it from a local shop. $800 if i wanted all the dings and front bumper shell repainted (theres a spot where the paints coming off the side because the dealership cheaped out when painting it when they replaced it prior to selling it to me.
