priorities have shifted and i have to let this one go. i've forever thought that this was a keeper and build it up to an 800hp 3-rotor turbo, but due to school and other issues, she must now go.

PLEASE KINDLY BUMP AFTER VIEWING, THANKS =)

here are some pictures. i'll post more recent pictures shortly.

specs:

motor and go fast parts
- 13b D-Bridgeport so it has a loping idle (equivalent of stuffing in a race cam in a piston motor) built by R&R in Upland. the motor is capable of spinning up to 12,000 RPM's. it is a rotary after all so it's rev happy.
- CARBON apex seals
- 3rd gen RX-7 FD (corner and side seals sp?)
- aluminum flywheel w/ matching counterweight
- new clutch w/ high pressure plate
- 4-port
- 51 IDA carburator and matching intake manifold (downdraft; essentially the same carbs that the vintage race car Ferraris, Porsches, VW uses it screams on top end)
- Racing Beat spark plug wires
- dual MSD Blaster Coils
- dual MSD Ignition boxes
- dual e-fan
- Racing Beat TRUE dual header
- 2.5" dual exhaust w/ 2 resonators leading into 1 3" magnaflow exhaust exit
- 1st generation RX-7 transmission
- 2nd generation RX-7 alternator
- OEM 3-row radiator
- oil cooler
- AN oil fittings
- AN fuel lines (new AN fuel lines all around)
- 12 gallon fuel cell
- Holley Blue fuel pump and fuel filter
- fuel pressure regulator

suspension & drivetrain
- converted to 4x114.3 bolt pattern (from OG 4x110 bolt pattern)
- Front: 1st generation RX-7 GSL-SE complete suspension including fron calipers
- Rear: Celica Supra complete rear end including live axle w/ modified RX-4 leaf springs. also has Celica Supra rear caliper brakes.
- stainless steel braided brake lines
- custom driveshaft (balanced)
- QA1 front coilovers
- 15x8 Sportmax all around w/ staggered tire setup
- 205/50/15 fronts
- 225/50/15 rears

interior
- Autometer Fuel gauge, oil pressure, and water temp gauges all around
- some seat tears, but this is expected in a 32 year old car
- headliner in good shape
- door panels in good shape
- carpet in good shape
- old school dashcover

exterior
- minor small dents
- OG GOLD paint (pretty cool i think)
- but no major panels missing nor in bad shape. a complete body and paint will bring this back to show car status
- good glass all around
- 80s Cressida mirrors (matches the RX-4 nicely)

PRICE: $6500 with the wheels and tires and the way she sits. i refuse to part anything out since my space/storage is limited. i am located 3 miles north of downtown Los Angeles, CA.

the car like most old schools are not perfect and has it issues. the motor is tuned rich so it does smoke quite a bit and i am running pre-mix on her. you can however, tune her to your own liking. webber tuning has never been any easier.

and i believe that is it. but here is the Catch 22; if the RX-4 does not sell by February 20 (insurance deadline), then i have no problems keeping the car. it'll just be on storage or in one of my family relatives house.

if i missed something else and forgot to put it here, then i'll just update the thread.

remember, by February 20, 2007 if she's not gone, then i will keep her. new pics coming up shortly along w/ motorshots. ya'll have a nice day and take care fellas.

-Ray

You missed it, it's in LA. That car kicks ass. I'd be tempted to pick it up but I'm sure it would make an awful DD.
