thats all they should really go for is about 100 or so...i would like an 07 one too though..just to keep it stock looking and still have the mp3 and ipod thing.

There may be "better" options by aftermarket vendors but they won't retain the stock look that a subaru headunit offers. A $100 Sony XPlod CD headunit looks better to some crooks than a new subaru headunit. Car audio theft is higher in some areas than others, even for folks with alarms.

are these direct plug and play on older models of the wrx?

Do these have preouts at all? My factory speakers in the 02 wrx suck.

If anyone has one for sale at the $100 price point I'll buy!

look thats a good price 250$ you guys are way up your ass's , just becouse you want them to sell around 100$ that doesent mean they will these units are very expensive if i would have seen this ad earlier i would of bought his radio

Yeah no way pretty much any stock head unit is worth $250 but if people are willing to pay it then that seems to be what they will sell for. Just give it a few months to a year and the market will be full of them.
