Probably the stock plugs unless you are recommended otherwise for your mods by your tuner.

You did a search but..

a. You didn't post in the right forum
b. You didn't read the sticky post all about Spark Plugs in the Newbies, 2.0, 2.5, and Service Forums. It's posted in FOUR FORUMS buddy.....let's try to read it, mmmkay?

Now I gotta move this to the right forum....once you are there, you might want to visit the stickys.

Unabomber, you should add to your "sticky" a spark plug table that tells me which is the perfect spark plug for my setup. That way when people ask something like, "Any suggestions on which spark plugs to use" there would be a purpose to responding how you did.

Which type should I use? That depends on how often you are interested in changing the spark plugs. Conventional spark plugs generally last one year. Platinum or iridium can last, depending on manufacturer specifications, up to seven years.

That doesn't tell me which type I should use... next!

You want a one step colder spark plug. I recommend NGK BKR7E Stock # 6097 gapped at 0.28. Thats what I was recommended by my tuner. Keep in mnd that these are copper and they need to be changed out every 10k or about every year.

I dont list what to use as if you read the ENTIRE FAQ, you should come to the realizaton that if you use spark plugs from your lawn mower or Triple iridium, laser, ninja, 7 step colder T-G mofo plugs or OEM units with 52,000 miles on them....you will have the same HP.
