I need frend advice!!!

I know is it not the best thread to post it but I fell at home on the AFI section!;)

I have big dream for ma car (a 99 RS-T) this summer but not that big money to put on it!!!
What should I buy???

I dream of:

-C-West side skirt
-04 STI style hood scoop (seibon, to help cool-down my TMIC)
-a EJ257 short to replace my stock ej25 (I already have CP FORDGE piston and Cometic head gasquet)
-set of Cobb valve spring
-Cosworth oil pump
-ARP head stud
-a GT300 APR WING (I am on a drift Buzz a that time)

But if I buy the EJ257 I don't have money for anything else this summer. I also don't have the money swap the engine this summer :(

What should I do???

I need your advice???
