Are there any good reads realated to cams and such for my 02 WRX? Im anewb to the topic and my search was no good... also dident see any stickies on the topic so im hoping for some advice..

I do know that Gruppe-s Sells a "Helix RNA Series Valvetrain and Cams - 2001+ Subaru Impreza EJ20 (non-AVCS) " and im trying to read up on what a kit like this would offer for benifits and if there would be benifits for better pistons etc...

Id look to other brands helix arent quite house broken yet from what i been reading and many people dont do headwork aside from porting unless they blown the motor.


I was just asking the same question a page down will a set of drop in camshafts on the 2.0 heads and ej205 be a waste from any mid size turbo to a big turbo setup.

Check out the tuning factory, they have some Crower stage 2 and 3's for decently cheap and have heard very nice reviews on them
