Has anyone in the forum actually built a high horsepower N/A engine? I am starting to think that it's not possible for a Subaru engine without power adders.

With the correct components you could make some good power. I think 350 hp all motor is possible. Although it would have to be 14:1 compression, alcohol, some good head work, and alot of Revs. dug-e-fresh 01-12-2007, 02:00 PM Someone on the board was ecstatic about cracking 240 whp (about 300 crank... ie- STi power). I'll see if I can find the post... def dug-e-fresh 01-12-2007, 02:03 PM http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=850000&highlight=300 def SloRice 01-12-2007, 02:05 PM http://zzyzxmotorsports.com/news/300hpna dug-e-fresh 01-12-2007, 02:15 PM http://zzyzxmotorsports.com/images/20050914-dyno-hires.jpg def Ma7kBrown 01-12-2007, 02:37 PM Thank you Nick, Dug and SloRice I was starting to think I was wasting time and was going to get a type four VW motor for my car. I am building a Porsche 912 project and my wife bet me that I could not make it faster than our 1990 911, I personally thought it would be best to keep it a four banger and give it some serious horsepower with a standalone injection system. I will send some pics soon of the setup I have so far. Thanks again for the information Mark wrxzzz 01-13-2007, 02:22 AM subi sport's project RS Storm 01-13-2007, 10:48 AM I think you should contact Scott Branham down at Irish Mikes towing in Orlando FL.
