SEVENONEONE 01-13-2007, 12:01 PM Taxes must be killer on that property and in wind-ham to boot.
bhodson 01-13-2007, 01:51 PM Annual Taxes are approximately 5600 a year. Having lived in NH now for over 15 years I have kind of become de-sensatized to it.
iamrazor 01-13-2007, 10:14 PM $449k, eh? lemme go check my other pants :P
best of luck and sorry to see you go mang.
Siper2 01-14-2007, 08:53 AM That's another reason we love southcentral PA: hell of a lot cheaper to live, than NH could ever hope to be. Unless you're in Pittsburg county. :D I was in NH for 25-ish years.
Best of luck with the house sale. Considering what comes with it, and where you live (I grew up in Salem), I'd say your price seems decent.

I'd love to live in Prague for a couple years in my life. Wish a company would send me there with a sweet package. Beautiful is an understatement for that place.

wonder how the sales tax and income tax are in PA :D
aus_taz 01-17-2007, 09:18 AM I love Prague it's one of the best cities I've ever visited. Really cheap good food and drinks, nice place to wander around in. I was there the weekend they joined the EU which was a great party.
If you end up with a Subaru there stay in contact as I travel there about once a year and I'll buy you some beers for a ride around the country side. Watch out for the pimped out Hummers and things that hand out near the main street in town.
bhodson 01-18-2007, 12:00 AM Yeah am still on the fence on bringing the STI over. Think I will end up selling here and looking fro something over there. Anyone have any good suggestions on a good EU car to get for a family of 4. The Skyline is out as they don't sell them in CZ that I can find.
