hey i've heard from a few different places that some people with meth/water injection are experiencing bearing failures. i am considering a snow performance stage 2 kit for my 02 wrx (w/ sti block, cp pistons, crower 272 cams and crower valve train, agency rails, UR 1,000cc's, gt40/t3 turbo, koyo radiator, arp studs, access port for tuning... i MIGHT put a zex wet kit in w/ VERY small jetting to just help w/ spool times and it'll turn off when the set lbs are hit) and i'm not sure if i should do the meth injection kit or use the money for other parts if failures or lots of issues are probable... i'm fine with running race gas(c16) as it's more than readily available when i need it(track days/race nights/extra fun). what do you think? please help with your personal experiences, concerns, etc as my money is burning a hole in my pocket waiting to be spent on car parts.

Any links to threads referencing bearing failures related to alc/meth injection?
Someone else on this forum mentioned seeing lower compression #'s after injection, but I've not been able to find anything anywhere.
FWIW I've been running an SMC kit for approx. 20,000 miles w/o any probs.

Stay away from any NOS, i had the Zex system and can give you 12,000$ reasons why.
No matter how safe the zex systems are shiot happens.

I also wouldn't run meth along with nitrous. I would only choose one. IMO meth injection is the way to go.

+1, go meth and leave the NOS alone.

I don't agree. Injection+n2o=good. I dunno about the whole bearing thing.

i was only planning on running the nitrous in a VERY small amount just to help spooling. my turbo is HUGE(gt40/t3 twin scroll) and my car is a daily driver in summer ;) and is definately gonna tear up the cocky honda's in my town mid-top end but i want to launch good too w/o TOO much lag. the meth and nitrous would not be spraying at the same time and the nitrous would only be jetted at a 50 shot AT MOST. i have the kit just sitting in my show car so it's not like it's being used. let me know what you guys think... and also the meth injection kit i'm lookin at is http://www.enginerunup.com/turbo-blower-kits-gas-engines/direct-port-150-psi-stage-3-digital-progressively-controlled-kit/prod_22.php just so it's evenly distributed.
