does not come with the charcoal cansiter you should use your old one to get this to work!
it has just about everything you'll need to convert your PRE OBDII car to the larger 16.X gallon tank vs the 13.X gallon tank. you'll just have to re route the evap lines since PRE OBDII cars just have 1 evap line going to the tank vs the 5 or 6 lines.
You could also use this for an AWD swap if u need the tank for the driveshalf
