There are no major scratches or dings/dents anywhere on the car, and no problems at all. The oil is changed religiously every 4500kms and the engine, tranny and clutch are all strong.

Yes. The price is listed + shipping. I would much rather sell locally since it'll probably be 2-300 to ship (I really wouldnt be surprised). There are ~80k miles on it (130k kms) and its still pulling strong.

Dash trim pieces have been sold, drivers side pannels are 140 and front fenders are 100 for the pair.

The spoiler is mint. There's the odd paint swirl (as would be expected with any car this age) but you could power polish it out. There are no cracks or chips in the paint.

How close are you to Northern Montana?

~8+ hour drive? 3 hours north of calgary, don't know how far that is from the border.

Both need to be for a Manual transmission as they are different for the vehicles with an A/T.

I have better (and local) offers on it. I am willing to negotiate, but I am in no way in any hurry to get rid of the parts. When they sell, they sell. Once I hit my target, I may drop the prices of the leftovers (any scraps) but there won't be alot left.

If I'm not mistaken, that is all part of the window. I'll double check to see if there's anything else in the door, but I'm quite sure it is part of the window.

Basically it is the little hockey puck looking guy betweeen your steering wheel and your combination switches. it attaches your airbag, horn and cruise control to the rest of your car I could give you $40 for it. :)

Do you think you've had a positive outcome so far from parting out your ride? I to have just had my 98RS totaled and am getting a poor settlement from the insurance, so in a effort to recuperate some loss will be considering your approach.

In my case, yes. It was very well worth it. The only reason I said that is because mine was a hit-and-run and was not covered by my insurance (no collision). That was the only way I could get some money back so I went for it. I've spent well over 60 hours dismantling everything, packing, shipping, answering questions, etc. In your case, it would probably not be worth it since you are already getting some money back.

i'm sick of being blown off by this guy...

back in march i purchased the front hubs, brakes, axles, and a few other assorded bits from silentt here. i gave him the money for the parts plus 80 for shipping.

i then found out that i was heading really close to him (i'm in vancouver bc, he is in edmonton) so i got a friend to pick them up and meet me at the cochrane rally. the 80 for shipping was supposed to be left with the parts however it wasn't. he was also supposed to send me some bolts which were not with the rest of the parts which he was going to mail me.

for the past 3 months i've been contacting him back and forth and i feel that i have been understanding in the matter him being a student and all... however i am in the same boat and 80 bucks is over a days worth of pay for me. i also had to get the missing bolts from subaru (the strut bolts) which cost a whopping 40 bucks.

he has not contacted me since the 3rd when he sent me this message via PM:

I left you a message on MSN, the funds will clear from my bank tuesday or wednesday in my paypal account.

i have yet to recieve anything and he hasn't contacted me... hopefully this will get me a responce...
