Actually, it is a legit business. I ordered an APR front splitter from them and ran into the same problems you did. Email them at sales@iptuned.com with your concerns, they were the same concerns I had.

Louis emailed me back very quickly and my order had actually been shipped that day. I can also get you a phone number if you'd like.

They're still trying to update their website so that's where most of the problems lie. With that being said, I plan on doing business with them again. Especially with their excellent prices on APR parts.

update here. I got a call from them a few weeks ago and they apologized for not getting back to me earlier. My credit card was never charged and I cancelled by order b/c the part was not in stock.

So yep they are a good legit business with very great prices.
