I am selling my STi so I can purchase a home.

The car runs perfectly with no issues. Oil was changed 40 miles ago with full synthetic 5w-30. Stereo is included (amp + JL Evolution Speakers + CD/MP3 Player). 30K service was performed at Agile Auto in Maryland. Car currently has about 40,500 miles on it.

There are two small dings, nothing big/serious.
