will i be able to run a vf43 off of a vf39 map? I know the wastegate is a tad larger on the 43, but will this be possible?

I have a Stromung 3" DWG DP I had on my 04 WRX and it bolted up just fine on my 07. The only difference between the 39 and the 43 is the waste gate, that's all.
