View Full Version : Oil-Catch Tank

THinking of fitting an oil catch tank to my 93 Impreza STI,any of you guys got one fitted and how is the pipes plumbed in :confused:

I used to have one, actually two. I had one rigged for the valve cover breathers then another one setup up for the crank case vent and pcv. I believe running two tanks is the best way. I ended up just going back to the factory setup as blow-by is not a big issue anymore and for simplicity. If you want me to I can try to explain my setup in detail.

THanks mate great info,I have followed the link that Subawrx has put on and I think I can now give it a go.

Im so glad I joined up as info like this is invaluable and cost saving (typical Scot ;) )
