Most likely a loss of refrigerant due to a leak. It should be covered under warranty IF it was not caused by road damage (i.e. a hole in the condenser) or by something like the AC line rubbing on an aftermarket TMIC.

check your hi pressure lines see if theres any build up on them... thats usually the first place i check when someone comes in for the same problem. check your condensor see if any road debris might have punctured it.
good luck to you.

A bad expansion valve or receiver/drier will also cause this

Does cold air return if you shut down the AC for a while?
There was an evaporator core freezing issue because of the sensor needing to be replaced or repositioned. But this was with the MY02's...

Won't be the same issue on an 06, plus he did say this happened suddenly which points to a leak.

Making an appointment tomorrow to get this fixed now that it is strating to get hot. I checked the hoses but couldnt find anything. What i want to know is I have a TBE, COBB AP, and a boost gauge mounted in my left driver side air vent. They should still warranty the problem right??

Your mods should not affect the warranty as long as you haven't touched the AC system. You don't mention having an aftermarket TMIC, sometimes those will rub on the AC lines and cause a leak.

Mine stopped working too... :( Except i've got 109k miles on the car. I'll be bringing it in sometime later this month.
Perhaps it's a sticky relay? I don't hear the usual "click" when i press the button...

Probably a loss of refrigerant, when it gets below a certain point the low pressure cutout activates to protect the compressor so you won't hear anything happen when you press the AC switch.
