Asking $400 for the trio, and pick up from our house in Elgin, Il- Price is negotiable
-Needs to be picked up no later than 3/8/07, and no earlier than 2/28/07
-Excellent Condition, no stains, burns, scratches
-Coming from a smoke free house
-Cushions are removeable and flipable

Couch: 33 ½ Deep X 85 Long X 29 ½ High
Loveseat: 33 ½ Deep X 64 long X 29 ½ High
Armchair: 33 ½ Deep X 40 long X 29 ½ High
