I am selling my 06' Subaru WRX STI. Color is Steel Gray and the car currently has 8,900 miles on it. Has Subaru STI short throw shifter, subaru fog lights, and brand new Sumitomo HT+ tires. Asking $28,000

The car has a branded title due to (not actual mileage being checked on the title). The car came from the Auto Auction here in Utah and the bank marked 1 Mile on the title and checked "Not actual Mileage". We are thinking that the auction didn't have a key for the car, therefore, could not read the mileage and the bank just marked 1. The bank is sending me a signed affadavit that it was marked in error. I am currently trying to get this resolved and have a signed affadavit from the bank who originally checked "not actual mileage" and have said it was checked in error, I just need to go through the DMV to get it rectified. However, you can tell by looking at the car that 8,900 is the actual mileage.
