Yeah, I already know how to change the oil and oil filter and get the tires rotated. Everything else seems like inspections, so I guess I can just check that out myself right? Or is this something that a technician needs to check? Or do I even need to check it?

Anyways, sorry for the dumb question. I ran a search but didn't come up with much other than just things saying "Do it yourself". I'm not too sure about the how part in doing it.

So here's a dancing banana for helping me out in advance.

You should be able to do them yourself, just make sure that you do the inspections needed.

You could also go to Edmunds.com and look up your car; they have a list of what maintenance should be done at different mileage.

I'm sure its the same with all cars but I've never checked in to it.

Why go to Edmunds, when Subaru keeps an official, up to date list?

A Helm manual for a 2003 WRX

Can I do the 45,000 mile maintenance myself

This is an odd question, since the 45K service is not a big one for the WRX. 30K and 60K are more involved.
