ES Technical Roadsports, www.es-sports.com, in Gardena, CA. They sell a lot of Tein products and do Tein coilover rebuilds/revalves. The do not do mail order sales. Store purchases only.

These guys have no integrity. I called and e-mailed the store to get a quote on some Tein pillowball upper mounts for my WRX and got a price that, even after tax, was lower than online vendors. I went to the store to leave a deposit on the part, and they would pick up the part directly from Tein. The guy at the store, different from the salesman on the phone, would not honor the price I was quoted on the phone. He looks at the Tein MSRP in the catalog and pulls a number out of his head that's HIGHER than other vendors. I just wasted my time and gas driving through crappy southern California weekend traffic.

Unless you need to get Tein coilovers rebuilt or you live close enough to the store where it's no trouble to peek in and check prices in person, I would avoid this place.

I'm sure that if you called them back (or went there in person) you'll be able to work things out. Believe it or not, they are reasonable and friendly to deal with. I guess they just got the quotes mixed up.

I've been going to ES Technical Roadsports for the past 5 years. I personally bought brake rotors, brake pads, Motul brake fluid. I get my alignments done there. (They do a great job with the alignments. I know, I take my car to the track.) They installed my turbo timer, intake, BOV, front sway bar. They've given me good advice on mods for my car and they charge fair prices. I'm very happy with ES and I will definitely continue to go to ES for many more years to come.
