Eric
06_black_wrx 03-06-2007, 12:22 PM I will be there.
misterau 03-06-2007, 01:31 PM Hey its only $60 bucks at P&L on the same day.
Yes it is. they posted this up coincidentally 11 Hours after Ours.
Our dyno is much more current and more expensive to operate so our rates are a bit higher. It is also important to note that we will not get into a Price war with a shop.
The choice is yours.
Eric
mxturboracer86 03-06-2007, 01:47 PM this sucks... i need to be back around chicago, dyno day could do me some good b4 i start really modding the car
DoctorNick 03-06-2007, 02:32 PM i'll prob drop by since your down the block. My Subaru is def not dyno worthy though.
GripGC8 03-06-2007, 04:18 PM AMS is rad because of thier awesome fabrication skills and my love for fabrication.
hahahah +1 for using "rad" in a sentence regarding AMS.
That word needs to get brought back
Eric
GripGC8 03-06-2007, 04:40 PM im working on it.
would you mind if my brother brought his mustang? he just built the motor for turbo duty and wants to see what it makes as far as NA power before building the TT kit..we are hoping for 300 NA WHP.
He can bring it but he will have to wait till the end of the day. moving the rollers around is a pain but if we do it last it will not be so bad.
Eric
GripGC8 03-08-2007, 12:24 PM sweetness!!..he can wait..we just got the rotating assembley back from being balanced and blue printed yesterday..out deadline is to have the engine in and running as strong as possible by april 7th.
see you guys then.
keithwrx8 03-08-2007, 02:13 PM I may have to come down to this. Would you guys be willing to do a base map tune?
unfortunetely due to the number of cars we are expecting We will only be able to do horsepower tunes.
On a side note if the weather is nice and barring any mechancial work it might need at the time the 8 Sec Drag Evo Will be making some exhibition Dyno passes.

Oh damn, btw what kind of engine managements will you guys tune on, cause im desperate need of a tune with Open Source/Enginuity, and i would love to have martin give his magic touch on my car and P & L wont tune using Open Source tools

Hey i have taken my 98 L onto the dyno at PnL and dropped 103HP and 110TQ...
I would like to see what a difference my Lieghtweight pulley and my Injen CAI have made. I think I will do this. Ill be there most likely bright and early.
Is there a prize for the lowest HP 1ton+ vehicle???

We'll be more than happy to tune your car with Open ECU, however the above posted dyno day is for Baseline runs only.

Mechkiller31st 03-09-2007, 08:15 PM Stupid question but i dont know... Is it possible to tune a stock ECU from a 1998 L impreza?
AlboWRX 03-10-2007, 05:04 AM Stupid question but i dont know... Is it possible to tune a stock ECU from a 1998 L impreza?
My guess would be that you won`t make power to justify the cost to tune it.
Martin has just authorized wideband readings for FREE!!
This means for $70 you can get three pulls in the most current dynojet offered with wideband and no extra charge.
Eric
GripGC8 03-12-2007, 06:56 PM aww snap!
good deal
Would a base flash be possible as well?
Like a pull, a Base Flash then two pulls?
I have an 05 Evo with 255FP and TBE. What would the price be for a flash and the pulls? Hit me back via PM or here is fine.
JimsSTI 03-12-2007, 07:24 PM Put me down for a baseline pull as well.
Im sorry but I cant do any tuning. I dont think our tuners will be on hand here so baseflashing isnt going to work. However that week following 9th -14th we have a flash week that you can get tuned for.

Eric
How much would it be during that week?
Custom flashes are normally $495, Durring flash week $395
Base flashes are normally $195, Durring flash week $180
Only a couple of weeks away.
Eric
I am getting great feedback about this from the other boards. this should be one hell of a turnout.
