So every now and then when I come to a complete stop the following three lights come on: battery, rear differntial temperature and brake. They come on simoultaneously. They stay on and then when I accelerate they go away. Nothing changes as far as idling goes or lights going dim. Any ideas? It just started happening not too long ago. Those are the only lights that turn on or they flicker once in a while when coming to a stop.

Sounds like your alternator.

My Eclipse did the same SHiet. My S-AFC would dim down warning lights randomly flickering all kinds of crazy stuff. So I checked the field wire that plugs in the alternator and the plastic plug clip was broken so the connection was real loose. Make sure this is securely on or it will keep arching and kill the alternator. Another issue could be the alternator it self. The magnetic field could be weak. When the RPMs get higher it starts making a sufficient power supply. Just check the plug first. Then take a fluke meter and plug it to the batery posts. It should read 12V or so with the car off. If its lower the battery could be bad. Now turn the car on. With the engine running it should read very close to 14V. If its alot less than 14V then the alternator is bad. If its alot more than 14V it means the regulator is bad. I don't know if you can just replace the regulator or not. If its over charging eventualy you'll see your battery start boiling the water inside and it will kill the battery as well.

superblkwrx....that's exactly what it was. I looked at it today and the screw was loose, thank God no plastic was cracked. Tightened it and now no more lights. Thanks so much for your help :-)
