i bought the following catback from the vendor of the second link that you posted. -nissangtrpower-

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SR-S-...4 41823QQrdZ1

It is incredible! shipped to me in 3 days, full 3", bolted directly up to my hks downpipe in 15 minutes, came with hangers, gaskets and bolts, came with a silencer. great product and i would highly recommend.

hey bowler, which particular exhaust did you get from nissanpowergt? They had a couple listed on their store and I was curious which particular brand yours was.

I hope you had better luck with this exhaust than I did. That's all I'm going to say.

I went with Nissan power. He sells the ERZ also. I actually took his match any competitor quote and had him match the price of the other seller you posted. He has very quick shipment and the catback looks and sounds mean.

nice, im glad you like it. i sure do. for $250 shipped its a great deal. for that price you can buy 3 of these before you hit the price you would pay for a brand name exhaust. I don't need brand name. I'll save the money for the vf39 setup.

where the stock hangers used? if not where the hangers provided easy to use?

hangs in stock locations. I have this exhaust and it fits well and sounds good too. its a peice of pipe that lets smoke out of your car. I don't see how anyone could pay more than $500 for one.

Just installed it on my 07 wrx. fitment was perfect, installation was a breeze. Sounds great no droning, just a nice deep boxer rumble but quiet when needed.
A++++

random question. what is the difference between the srs and the super n1 srs? could you figure it out? does the srs have the angeled edge right before the tip like the apexi gt or is it flat like the N1? Seems like a good deal.

so anyone got this exhauste with a catless dp. If is it all lound and annoying, I know it comes with a silencer but that kills mad power. I have a catless titek dp and don't want the damn cops to be hot on my but for being to loud but i want max power out of my catback.

i have one with a erz downpipe. its pretty loud without the silencer. it quiets down alot with the silencer on. overall the exhaust is great for the money. everything fit perfectly.. maybe even better than my previous helix dp and hks catback setup.

i bought the sr-s catback (which is angled) a couple months ago from nissan power. all i can say is i would do it again a thousand times over. fitment was 98% perfect (i had to grind down one of the exhaust bolt springs slightly to make life easier..i wouldnt say it was 100% nessesary)

sound is amazing, perfect tone and volume (actually i hope when i get my dp, it will make it somewhat louder), my buddy is pissed because its so similar to his hks hi-power (except in price!) after a couple months the polished finish is still holding up great.

hmm....I'm really happy I stumbled upon this thread.

I was looking at the SPT catback, but this really takes the cake for 140 bucks if it REALLY does sound that nicely.

What I need is a comparison to the SPT catback. Is it louder or quieter? Exactly how loud is it? Is the sound deap and throaty and crisp? Or does it just sound all mumbled, jumbled, and cheap. I am so set on the SPT because the sound is just so clear, deap, and perfect, along with the nice stock looking look.

I really just need someone to swing me from this or the SPT, this is one helluva bargain!!

i havent had much time listening to the spt, but it seems really close in my opinion, really though its hard to beat this deal, just make sure you purchase from the seller nissangtpower. i just ordered my downpipe from him

i purchased mine from ?speedyracer? for 179 shipped.
pro: the fitment was phenomenal (super up and out), it sounds okedoke (a bit of the fart fart blub here and there :) ), felt a wee change on the butt dyno (coulda just been gas...not the pedal), big burly flanges, hardware was included for the most part but no new spring flanges unfortunately, and the piping was all stainless as gauged by the magnet test
con: bottle neck at the cat flange (slight but pissed me off), tip of the muffler started to surface rust a bit but i just sanded that shmeg down and painted the can w/ some high temp black (im starting a trend you see), my car looks too much better than it did before

sorry about all the parentheses

I bought stuff from him before, and it wasn't bad at all. He even offered help installing some parts afterwards.
