I'm not sure around Richmond area but you can try calling the guys at Fastwrx.com/MachV motorsports which is about 2 hours north of you in Dulles VA. Or if you feel like going towards the beach, you could try Dyno Inc. in Va beach area.
Dyno Inc. is alot more customer friendly and more affordable too. You feel like seating in your car while they tune it? Call Dyno inc.(757) 328-2683

Mach v (dan) said that they would tune open source or a flat rate of $500 and 175 per hour if it went over the allotede time for some reason which i think was 4 hours, but i dont see how it could go over 4 hours.
