I have a 2006 WRX hood in OBP. Comes with hood scoop as well. The hood has no scratches or anything but the two fins at the very front were slightly bent when I kissed someone's bumper that got sideways in the rain (I was going maybe 5mph since we were approaching a stop light). Anyway, I had the hood on for a year after that and not one person ever noticed it. I even have pictures of my car on this web site that were taken after the damage and not one person noticed. It's hard to tell unless you get up close. The hood isn't warped and still lines up perfectly with the fenders. Since these go for upwards of $800 or more painted, I will let this one go for $225. That is my final price. I just dropped it down almost $100 just because it's taking up so much room.



Please realize that shipping a hood is more involved than most other items. I have access to wooden skids, plenty of packing materials, and can also get a discount on shipping so the cost of shipping should be significantly less. I cannot quote anyone until I go in to work tomorrow and until you give me an address to plug in.

I would assume so. The hood weighs 20lbs, the skid weighs 45lbs, and the hood measures 50"x59". I don't know the dimensions of a skid off hand but I'm sure Google could help.

what about the inside? can you post any photo? well am checking with ARAMEX or DHL to see how much it will cost. If the shipping fees are logic, i will let u know.

What is there that you'd like to know about the "inside"? Inside of what? The hood or the box it will be placed in? Tell me what other photos you want me to take. I think I covered pretty much every angle. Look at the pics and click on the link I provided.

As of right now, someone has dibs on the hood and he's somewhat local so he has double dibs lol I will let everyone know if the deal falls through.

Yea so the clown that posted in all of my FS threads calling dibs on the hood since day 1 of me posting the ads up, flaked out now. So after waiting weeks for the jackass to send me money, he FINALLY responds to my PM's and says he's getting a fmic and to sell my hood to someone else. Thanks buddy, could have told me sooner...

You can repaint it any color you want. If you're going to paint it yourself, sand/prime/paint it. If you're giving it to a shop, they will 100% know how to paint it. The weight... I'm not sure but I want to say 19 lbs or so. Just look up '06 WRX hood, it should be there.
