I also have a set of 1998 OBS fog lamps. They work fine EXCEPT: one of the lamps needs a single screw drilled out and the hole re-tapped. Other than that they work fine.

So.....will the RS suspension lower an Impreza L any? I seem to recall that it is slightly lower than stock L, but can't remember. If so, I may be interested!

I dont know about lower, but I am told its a great improvement over stock L suspension

I know it's lower than the OBS suspension, and yes, it is a huge improvement over stock L suspension.
