I put an ej22t head gasket on both heads, the chamber is basically the same, but the ej20h (twinturbo?) has wings.

I dont think anyone said that they wouldnt, as there are lots of people running sti shortblocks with ported/stock wrx heads. but those wings are new to me, compared to the stock wrx heads they take up quite a bit of volume.
