So I just put in a 01 ej25 into a 99 L and it wont turn over.
What should I look for? I swapped the IM and kept the L injectors Do I need to use the 2.5 ones(i have them).. all the wires are connected good.
And the clutch is stuck in, I have to pull it back out after I push it in??

I worry about that clutch problem myself because mine does that when its not attached to anything. So im afraid it will stay that way after i fill and connect the clutch line. But my old pedal did the same thing after i diconnected the clutch from the cable line.

+1 for the clutch.
Did you hook your transmission up the properly and bleed the lines properly? When I did my swap it took forever to bleed the clutch so that it won't be stuck to the floor.
It definitely won't start when the clutch is stuck to the floor. I would make sure that the pedal is hooked up properly and rebleed the line (just do a search on the transmission forums, it is a common problem)

The car will start fine with the clutch stuck on the floor, as long as the neutral safety switch is hooked up properly(it wouldnt crank at all if that was unhooked). Theres gotta be another reason why its not starting..... What is it dong specifically when your trying to start it??

Check to see if your fuel lines are hooked up correctly. I couldnt get my car fired up after I thought all was done.. went like this: Wont crank.. check around.. plug isnt all the way in on starter.. plug that in.. car cranks.. wont start.. check out fuel lines.. realize they're backwards.. hook up the right way.. started right up. Just throwin that out there.. good luck

How do you know how the fuel lines hook up. i connected them on mine the way i thought they should be, i really just guessed. and my diagrams are on my computer..which just died. so im lost on how they hook up.
p.s. not trying to steal your post.

Yeah, a diagram would be helpfull to me also.
Will the ej25 spark plug wires make a diff. either maybe? I never swapped those out
(as soon as I find time I will try some of these suggestions...14 hours at work is killin me)

Okay, Ive got it turned over..
Now it just idles rough for like 5-7 seconds and die. Once when it died it made a small pop noise. When I press on the gas there is no responce.. I see movement in my bay though like my throttle cable is moving
Maybe thats going hand in hand w/ the clutch problem. I never had to bleed the lines btw. Do I have to?
