Has anyone put STI fenders on a GC chassis? any luck? i know im not the only person to have thought about this but has anyone actually tried it? from what i have looked at the front of the fender would need to be modified or merged with an existing GC front part of the fender in order to use the headlights from the GC. i have been thinking that the 04/05 STI fenders would be the best choice for fenders to use for this because it would retain the stock GC bumper as far as i can tell... i am hoping to try this out but i wanted to see first if anyone has done this sucessfully. I second that, i searched nasioc and rs25.com alot and nothing, id really like to see if it be something i want to do before i repaint my car in a month.

what are you trying to achieve? a wider front fender?
why not just go with do-luck fenders or the replica do-luck fender's?

Some thing different.... was thinkin about doin do-luck but if i was going spend that much money on that kit i'd rather try to make like the peanut eye work on my front end.

im not changing the lighting. just the fenders. i am going to try and make them work with the GC headlights.

I can still get Do Luck parts. They will be clearing out their inventory in the US but if it is not in stock here, I can definitely have it ordered over from Do Luck Japan that is not a problem.
