Ive heard a lot of different things and so far this is what ive come up with.
EJ20 USDM WRX heads= Better because of turbo cams but the cams are to close to the crank of the EJ22T when they are bolted on.
EJ25 DOHC Cams from a 1998 RS: Best fit and best flow but no turbo cams
Can anyone clear this up? and is there thread or tutorial of doing this conversion? any help would be great!

If I read your signature correctly, you have an Ej20G in your car? Use those heads with the Ej22T bottom end. Run what you brung is my moto. I will be using '95 Ej20G heads against an Ej22T block someday down the road...

What is in the car is a full transplant from a 2002 WRX. EVERYTHING got moved over, dash, entire harness, tranny, engine, suspension, gastank, lines, EVERYTHING. The short block is out of a V7 STI and is bored by a racing shop in toronto (this was because my USDM 2002 WRX short block hydrolocked)
I run on accessport and i was planing on remaining on Accessport with a dyno tune with the USDM heads and EJ22T short block but apparently its hard for the heads to match up with the EJ22T block... can anyone confirm this? is there a guide out there?
The current engine mods are
STI V7 shortblock
VF22 Turbo
Vishnu Under drive pulley
Helix Up Pipe
3" turbo back exhaust (1 cat)
Injen short ram
SSAC FMIC kit
PIT BOV
Accessport with PDX map
Its a nice set up for daily driving but i'd like to step it up a little bit

your right i had a 2.2 liter dohc motor come from japan and it still confuses me today!
that sounds like bad info to me, should be bolt on
crank wheel will need to be changed
if you asked me a ej22T block in stock form is a significant downgrade from a v.7 short block

Trust me, it wont be a stock block when i put it in :)
did u mean the EJ20 heads should bolt right on, and to use the USDM crank wheel?

how's the EJ22T not bolt up to the '02 WRX heads?
A local member has the EJ22T shortblock (built) on his '04 WRX heads... my '99 EJ22E NA heads bolt up just fine.
Trust me, it wont be a stock block when i put it in :)
