i'm located at Stanwood/Camano Area. Yes it comes with the flange, it comes with everything you would need. It's a great BOV. Very loud and in good condition.

how far is the Stanwood/Camano Area from vancouver/portland area?? i am pretty interested.. how many miles were put on the bov?? (how old is it??)
and was it for the wrx or sti?? thanks..
