1. i preferred local sale, sorry if i didn't explain that in my PM

2. i never mentioned paypal, and nor did you ask for an address

3. i needed the cash, and i didn't have to worry about shipping

4. your response was in the morning, and i didn't hear back from you all day. i wanted this thing gone

sorry you missed it, i don't know what else to tell you. this wasn't "Behind your back" at all, i told you "YOU had dibs" hoping you would quickly reply to my PM with some sort of payment info. yes, this was my fault, but i wanted to sell this phone. *end rant* mods please close this thread, sale complete

Make whatever excuses you want. At no point did you indicate you prefer a local sale. You also never said pay me in 10 minutes or I'll sell to someone else, no time from whatsoever was given. Sorry I'm not on nasioc religiously to check PMs on the quarter hour. I asked legitimate questions such as what was included with sale and your reply PM to those questions was "sorry, its sold". Saying you need the cash seems a tad rediculous as 1 day difference in paypal processesing shouldn't really matter. I have a phone, I'll live without this one. My point is that you told me I had first dibs, you never indicated any sort of urgency or desire to sell local, never provided paypal info for me to send payment regardless. And yes, please do close this thread.
