We're having a dyno day on April 14th at the shop. Depending on turnout we'll most likely be doing some kind of lunch for participants as well.

Pulls will include AFR and boost logging as well as printouts of your dyno run. Matt will be present to discuss future tuning plans with anyone who is interested. We hope to keep a list going here, limiting the group to 15 people and starting at 9:30 am.

Runs will be $85 for 3 pulls.

Make sure that your tires have a good amount of air in them (around 40psi is recommended), oil is at correct levels, coolant too.. boost leaks tended to prior to getting on the dyno.

The room is done as of today. Mega Maid has been installed and wired. It's powered by a 3 speed transmission and 15hp electric motor that will keep the air fresh inside the cell for even the highest output cars. Major thanks to our friend Mike Cahill the head carpenter and project foreman, Carl Blando carpenter extraordinaire, and Kevin Boudreau our electrician for going along with this.

The bumper should be fine. We have very special equipment (a combination of special 2x6s) for getting the low down rides on the dyno.

Dogs are great unless they are salivating and have diseases like the one in christmas vacation. So unless you have one of those, bring your pooch by.

Right, still driving the RS. I am getting a baseline on the Impreza with a stock 2005 EJ205 motor. I am hoping I put down a little more than I did the last time I was on the dyno. :D

Thanks to all the guys at DSG for setting this up-it was also nice to meet everyone else. And of course the info everyone is waiting for....211.5 HP on my conservative Stage II setup :disco: . Need to adjust my wastegate arm to get some more boost (was hitting just under 15psi) but I was happy...

It was fun to check out the shop, very cool place. I was amazed by the time attack car. Seriously amazed! I can't believe how close the shop is to my house too! Ill have to stop by again sometime! Id like to see the time attack on the dyno actually....

Thanks for letting me bring the dog, she loves to see people, even though she was a little whiny from being cold. Thanks guys!
