Just as the title says. I NEED a hood. It's got to have the vents/scoop to feed the intercooler for my swap. Hoods are big and heavy so i don't want to pay to have it shipped if you have one or know of one locally please let me know. :)

Yeah... but i'm looking for the most 'streetable' (least lag, most torque) setup i can build. So i'd like to stick to a TMIC.

But if I don't find a hood soon it may go that route.

As for the swap....

Brakes- done
stock wrx rotors/calipers/hubs front/rear
Axxis pads f/r
stainless lines f/r
motul fluid

Suspension-mostly done
KYB AGX's w/whiteline springs currently installed (RCE tarmac 2's w/ RCE camber plates, group N rear top hats are ordered, just waiting for them to finish makinng them)
WRX rear sway bar currently installed (swapping out for whiteline swaybars, strut braces, endlinks f/r and a bunch of bushings when the RCE's are done)

Wheels-done
2 sets of stock wrx wheels both powdercoated black (1 set with S-03 pole positions mounted the other w/ snow tires mounted)
1 set of 15x6.5 wheels that clear the wrx brakes on order for rally-x going to have the silverstone tires mounted on them

Motor- ha... not even close
I've got EVERYTHING in the wrx stripped out and disconnected. I just need to borrow a cherry picker and pull it out.
Plan to keep it stock and get it running then just 'basic' mods :D (injectors, fuel pump, intercooler, turbo back exhaust, intake, up-pipe, tune)

Interior/Exterior
Have 04' WRX seats, still looking for a matching wagon rear seat
new black carpet w/ matching mats
wrx steering wheel, dash, pedals, ebrake, shifter etc
The old man just picked up some 98 OBS doorcards for me to fit with the wrx dash.
RS front end, skirts, rear bumper, fog lights etc and all repainted Aspen white once the drivetrain is complete :)

With any luck it'll be done in 6-8 weeks (that's what i said in November) :lol:

I've got the cherry picker you can borrow. Get my # from your Dad or just have him call me. I'll be around this weekend if ya wanna come and swoop it up.
