I followed the instructions to this...
http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228
But i just snipped the green wire with black stripe, and grey wire in the center console.

When TT is counting down I can arm and disarm... But sometimes the alarm goes off while counting down. Could that be the shock sensor going off from the exhaust?

Is there any way to setup a relay or sumthing to temporary disable the shock sensor while the TT is counting down?

it's the sensor, I just adjusted mine

relay would be a nice idea!

How do you adjust it? Does the stock have a sensitivity switch?

Ive read that write up and all I did was cut the green/black wire and grey. Do I need to run a line to both from the Acc wire? Cuz I tried that and remote doesn't work....

So cutting it and leaving it tapped up seems to be the correct way.

Ok Found it...

"If you have the factory security system, the module is located under the center console next to the e-brake. On the top cover of the module is a small black tab. Remove that tab (it's adhesive and peels off) and you'll see a hole underneath. That is the sensitivity adjustment for the shock sensor. Using a small screwdriver, adjust it to reduce the sensitivity so that it no longer trips the alarm on shutdown. Don't turn it down all the way or you'll have no shock detection at all, unless that is what you want."

Just in case anyone else needed the info :D

But still, in the scooby mods. Is the part about splicing the ACC wire needed to be ran to both the green with black stripe and the grey wire?
Or do I just need to cut it? Just wanted to be sure...
Thanks!

All I did was cut mine and it all works fine.

Also, I have my shock sensor turned all the way up and the only time my alarm will go off while counting down is if the defroster is on or the A/C is running because the A/C compressor ups the RPMs a little and shakes the car a bit more.
